Refund & Return Policy – SolePlay Inc

Thank you for shopping with SolePlay Inc. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.


1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received them.

    • In their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • Certain items such as perfumes, personal care products, or items on final sale/discount are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/phone.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.


5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos at Soleplayinfo@gmail.com or call us at +91 99079 18850. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
